After Research on PLC training center difficulties, we find out there is requirement to improve and development method of training around PLC basis, Now we pride to introduce new equipment for training purposes, is Simulation set The object of a PLC simulator is to ‘fake out’ the input into a PLC so that the programmer can test and debug the program before installation into it’s operating environment. our simulator  patent allow PLC simulators connect to the existing terminal strip on the PLC card and provide easy simulator to learn turning digital output/inputs on/off or adjust analog signals and common process in automation industries.

In this project we produce a Multimedia Software for training goals, PCS7 (Siemens DCS) is engineering software from Siemens. in fallowing we introduce contents of this software: 1- Getting started (creating new PCS7 project, configuring hardware and simatic net station, configuring measuring point and sequential control, preparing the plant display for automatic generation, configuring and downloading object, operating and monitoring a process) 2- batch (simatic batch and engineering system, from recipe to a batch, control of running batch ) 3- good migration (introduction to the target system simatic pcs7, migration strategy from siemens)

In Siemens monitoring process, we have a software that named WINCC (Windows Control Center), this software can connect to lots of protocol except MODBUS but we have lots of sensor that communicate only over MODBUS protocol, so I decide to design a system for solving this problem, I used PIC microcontroller for converting MODBUS protocol to RS232.
