AdvancedTech Wind Turbine Simulator will be design to teach/learn the fundamental principles of wind energy technology from power generation to operation and maintenance.This system will provide an ideal platform for teaching the detailed concepts of how to generate electricity from the wind, workings of electro-mechanical mechanisms, wind systems turbine control, nature of aerodynamic forces, data acquisition, sensors & instrumentation, along with condition monitoring & diagnostics. The innovative design allows the wind turbine to be used with and without the presence of wind such as in laboratory settings.
Advanced Wind Turbine Simulator
This system will provide an ideal platform for teaching the detailed concepts of how to generate electricity from the wind, workings of electro-mechanical mechanisms, wind systems turbine control, nature of aerodynamic forces, data acquisition, sensors & instrumentation, along with condition monitoring & diagnostics. The system features three blade horizontal-axis turbine hubs, nacelle with planetary and parallel shaft gearbox, three independently actuated blades with ability to control the pitch, yaw control mechanism, a vertical tower, and a complete control console. The integrated package comes with a hands-on experimentation device, curriculum along with a full set of instrumentation to expedite learning. we live In a country that has solar energy enough but we don’t use all potential of this energy, we need to reach solar technology so I design a small scale of solar power plant for this purpose.As you know solar systems combines from some devices,exactly like devices in below. We have lots of difficulties in design of wind turbine in our country, so we was thinking more for solving this problem , and decide to design a wind turbine simulator in small scale for training goals. control system in wind turbine has many difficulties, Now we pride to introduce new equipment for training purposes, is wind turbine Simulation set.There are variety of wind turbine in the world, we select one of the common wind turbine that has three blades, YAW motor and the other, this kind of wind turbine always using for generating power in high level. our wind turbine is exactly a small scale of large turbine except pitch controlling. this set has monitoring system like HMI for monitoring and controlling of turbine.
